Brethren, for today's devotion I have chosen a word from the book of Psalms.
Psalm 27:1 (NKJV)
"The LORD is my light and my salvation; Whom shall I fear? The LORD is the strength of my life; Of whom shall I be afraid?".
This verse from Psalm 27:1 serves as a reminder to have faith in the Lord and trust in His power and protection. He is the source of light and salvation, giving us strength and courage to face any challenges or uncertainties in life. With Him by our side, we can overcome any obstacle and fear no one or nothing. Therefore, brethren let us hold onto this verse as a source of comfort and reassurance, turning to Him in prayer and relying on His guidance and love. May we have unwavering faith in the Lord who is our constant source of strength, and may we find peace and courage in His everlasting presence. Amen.
Prayer
Heavenly Father, we thank you for being our guiding light and our Salvation. Help us to trust in you and not be afraid, knowing that you are always with us. And I pray for anyone reading this post who may not know you as their savior. May they feel your love and grace, and may they turn to you for salvation. I pray that you will continue to guide us and give us strength as we face the challenges of life. Amen.
