Brethren, for today’s devotion I have chosen a word from the book of Psalm.
Psalm 34:8
'Oh, taste and see that the Lord is good; blessed is the man who trusts in Him'
In Psalm 34:8, King David emphasizes the importance of personally experiencing God's goodness, rather than simply having knowledge of it. This means that when we truly encounter the goodness of God, we are filled with a deep sense of awe and gratitude for all that He has done for us. King David himself encourages us to actively seek and embrace the goodness of the Lord in our lives. This message serves as a reminder to trust in God and to continually seek His goodness in every aspect of our daily lives.

Lord, I thank you for speaking through this word and reminding us of your goodness. May those who read this post be blessed and experience your love and grace in their lives. As we taste and see that you are good, may our hearts be filled with gratitude and our spirits be renewed. Help us to continue seeking you through daily devotion and prayer, and may our lives be a reflection of your goodness. Amen.
