Brethren, for today’s devotion I have chosen a word from the book of Psalm.
Psalm 23:4 (NKJV)
Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil; For You are with me; Your rod and Your staff, they comfort me.
This verse from Psalm 23 reminds us that even in the darkest and most fearful moments of our lives, we are not alone. God's presence and protection are with us, guiding us through the valleys and shadows of death. We can find comfort and strength in His love and His perfect plan for our lives. Let us trust in Him and not fear, for He is our Good Shepherd who will never leave us or forsake us.
Prayer
Heavenly Father, I thank you for your constant presence and for reminding us that you are with us always. Lord, I pray for those who may come across this post, that they may find comfort and strength in the words of Psalm 23:4. May they know that even in the darkest and most challenging times, you are with them, guiding and protecting them. I ask for your blessings and peace to be upon them, and may they draw closer to you through prayer and faith. In Jesus name I pray Amen.
