Brethren, for today’s devotion I have chosen a word from the book of Romans.
Romans 8:28 (NKJV)
And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are called according to His purpose.
This verse from Romans 8:28 is a reminder that as followers of God, we can trust that He is working all things for our good. Even in the midst of difficult circumstances, we have the assurance that God has a purpose and plan for our lives. As we continue to love and trust Him, we can find peace and hope in the knowledge that He is in control and working everything together for our ultimate good.
Prayer
Heavenly Father, I come to you today with a heavy heart, seeking guidance and reassurance. As your word in Romans 8:28 says, "And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose." Lord Help me to trust in your plan and to see the good even in difficult situations. Lord grant me strength and courage to face any challenges that come my way, knowing that you are always with me. Lord I also pray for all those who are reading this post. May this truth bring comfort and hope to their hearts, knowing that you are in control and working everything for their good. May they experience your peace and guidance as they navigate through life's challenges. Bless them, protect them, and lead them in your ways. Thank you for hearing and answering our prayers. In Jesus name I pray Amen.
